As part of your SPARK membership, Members under the age of 65, are eligible to apply up to $500,000 of Optional AD&D coverage. Acceptance is guaranteed—there are no medical exams or questions.
For a little more a month you can choose to receive $500,000 of Optional AD&D coverage.
Insure yourself as well as your dependents. AD&D provides benefits for losses caused by accidental bodily injury.
Members can add $500,000 of AD&D coverage and also add $250,000 coverage on your spouse. Eligible dependent children can be covered for $10,000 per child. A newborn child is not your qualified dependent until the first premium due date following birth.

Eligible Dependents: Spouse/domestic partner and dependent children less than 26 years old. Your children include your legally adopted children, step-children and foster children who depend upon you for support and maintenance.
